Cette section abordera autant les formations \u00e0 distance synchrones ou hybrides que les formations \u00e0 distance asynchrones.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>M\u00eame si les r\u00e8gles cl\u00e9s de l\u2019andragogie s\u2019appliquent dans la conception et dans la prestation de formations \u00e0 distance, il y a des diff\u00e9rences fondamentales dont il faut tenir compte. Oui, il faut d\u00e9finir les objectifs de la formation. Il faut aussi tenir compte, comme dans toute autre formation, des usagers\u00b7\u00e8res que l\u2019on d\u00e9sire joindre. Ce sont des r\u00e8gles fondamentales que tout formateur\u00b7trice conna\u00eet et applique.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les formations \u00e0 distance, synchrones, hybrides ou asynchrones, exigent des qualit\u00e9s diff\u00e9rentes de celles que l\u2019on peut appliquer dans une formation unimodale ou en pr\u00e9sence.
